Spring?

I am confused.  Is it spring or not?  Yesterday was just so sunny and beautiful.  Today, we had freezing rain.  It rained most of the day.  Luckily it didn't stick to the roads  But this is one of the trees in my front yard with ice on it.

I couldn't believe it.
